For as long as I can remember design, fabric and color, have always been my muse. I have used many art mediums throughout my career but I always seem to return to fabric and color.

Graduating with a BA in Art/Design from Ashland University, my first experience was in the fashion industry working for a large buying office for department stores across the country in the fashion office for the Director of color and fabric, forecasting each seasonŐs trends.

I then moved to a privately owned European corporation as Creative Merchandising Coordinator assisting in forecasting, market research and the creating of visual presentations as well as forecast books and color cards.

I then decided to try the Home Decorating field and joined Ethan Allen Corporation training in their corporate office as a Design Consultant assisting clients in their decorating needs as well as long range planning.

After raising a family for several years I then worked for the Silvermine School of Art as well as continuing to take classes in photography, ceramics, printmaking, etc.
