Mixed media artist/poet/educator Mary Jo Lombardo's work reflects on a world where time, memory, and a bittersweet life view combine in a flexible, non linear expression. Lombardo has been featured in one person and group shows at A.I.R., Minor Injury, Fools Company, and 7th and 2nd Galleries in New York City, and The Silvermine Guild, The Westport Arts Center, the Center for Contemporary Printmaking, The Lyman Center at Southern Connecticut State University, and Earthplace in Connecticut, among others. She is an art teacher in the Westport Public School system and also at the Westport Arts Center. Her work is held in many corporate and private collections.
